Has long built in tie waist detail

95% Viscose, 5% Elastane

This is completely brand new and has never even been tried on as it was a surprise gift for a family member over a decade ago and it sadly wasn't required.

Due to storage for such a long time I have noticed there is sadly a small blemish scuff to the back right side. Barely noticable but trying to be as accurate as possible.
