We're always happy to help you with more information (as much as possible, obviously) or assist you with custom orders or enquiries about postage prices for example.
In most cases we're able to come to an amicable arrangement. Get in touch and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Why do we have an eBay store (Top Rated Seller) and our own website?: Explained.
We actually would benefit greatly from orders being placed on our website instead of eBay, this is because over on eBay we have to pay Listing Fees/ Final Value Fees/ Ad Fees/ Processing Fees and all of that is BEFORE Postage Costs - not to mention the new payment system means we now post out all orders upto a week before seeing a penny, and that's if it doesn't get gobbled up in "seller fees"!)
Meanwhile over here on our own website we have only the Paypal Fees and Postage Fees to cover After receiving your order and full payment meaning we immediately receive the remaining funds after completing the dispatch and have MUCH more from each order to help the cause, no matter the order size.
Of course though, we understand that many people prefer to place orders on eBay instead as they think there is a more secure and familiar system there... Either way we appreciate your support and orders but we unfortunately and rather ironically can't afford to NOT have eBay until we can gain a large recurring customer base over here again.
Your help in spreading the link to our website, sharing your feedback about purchases you've made from us and voicing your support in our cause and products would mean the world to us. Who knows, maybe this time next year we'll be able to make some changes!

Primarily we accept PayPal, known worldwide for its high security encryption and data protection.
